Stay Hydrated:

Staying hydrated during your runs will allow your body to replace the fluids and electrolytes that you might have lost while sweating. Make sure to drink lots of water before, during and especially after your run.

It might be a good idea to even reduce your warm up and just focus on activating your muscles before you go for a run. Easy warms ups that don’t need a lot of energy such as stretching will allow you to save your energy while getting your muscles ready to move.
