- Mission: The UMD Triathlon Team is a diverse student group at the University of Maryland that welcomes all abilities, majors and ages! The team practices, participates in volunteering events and simply enjoys time together.
- UMD Triathlon attends regionals in the fall and nationals in the spring.
- The team has even had a member compete at Ironman Kona in Hawaii.
- The students of UMD Triathlon says “this team is a home away from home for many of us, and a place where we met some of our closest friends!”
- Lock Laces® awards laces to the top finishers of the Terrapin Triathlon & 5K, the club’s only race on their home campus.
