Return & Refund Policy

LOCK LACES™ offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the product with your original online receipt or shipment packing slip within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. If you  do not have your receipt, you will need a RMA#/email authorization to process your return.

LOCK LACES™ one year warranty covers manufacturers defects and workmanship under normal use for one year from date of purchase. Excessive wear and tear through improper use and uses other than intended purpose are not covered.

Return Instructions

Please enclose a copy of your order receipt, with instructions noting whether you would like a return or an exchange, as outlined on the back of your printed order receipt. If you do not have your printed receipt please send an email to: returns@locklaces.com

Please send your return information and merchandise to the name and address below. You are strongly encouraged to utilize a shipping service with tracking capability.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost incurred on your return shipment is at your expense. The cost of shipping exchange items back to you will be covered by LOCK LACES™.

Non-Returnable Items

We apologize, but all sales of clearance, closeout and special promotional order items are final. As such, LOCK LACES™ does not accept returns or exchange requests for clearance, closeout, or special order items.

Receiving a Refund

The time required for you to receive a refund will depend on the following factors:

• 1 to 10 business days for us to receive the return shipment from your shipper.
• 1 to 3 business days for us to process your return.
• 3 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund request.

International Returns

Please note: If customs refuses delivery of your package and returns it to LOCK LACES™, we will apply a credit for the dollar amount of the product returned to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable and won't be credited to your account. We appreciate your understanding.
